Agreement

By using epelay.com, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked above. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Store operator

The EPELAY online store is operated from Hong Kong. Orders may be fulfilled from warehouses serving the United States or other regions. Nothing on the site should be read as a claim that EPELAY is a United States company.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your location. You are responsible for accurate account, billing and shipping information and for protecting account credentials.

Products and availability

We try to describe materials, colors, dimensions and compatibility accurately. Screen colors, printer settings and printed results can vary. Product availability and price may change without notice. A submitted order is not accepted until payment is approved and an order confirmation is issued.

Pricing, taxes and payment

Store prices are shown in USD unless another currency is displayed. Shipping, taxes, duties and other charges are shown at checkout where applicable. We may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory or technical error and will refund any captured payment.

Product use

3D printer filament requires appropriate equipment, temperatures, ventilation and handling. Follow printer and material safety guidance. EPELAY products are not certified for medical, food-contact, aerospace, life-support or other safety-critical use unless the product page explicitly states a certification.

Intellectual property

Store text, graphics, branding, product presentation and original content are owned by or licensed to EPELAY and may not be copied, resold or used to misrepresent another business.

Prohibited use

You may not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious code, unauthorized access, scraping that disrupts service, infringement or abuse of another person.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and may link to payment, shipping or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Warranty and liability

The Defective Product & Warranty Policy explains product support. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPELAY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, failed prints caused by printer or settings issues, or use outside the stated material purpose. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Hong Kong store operator, without removing consumer protections that cannot legally be waived in the customer's location.
